Responsible for All aspects of the business, with particular experience in the installation of AMEX-10 seals and other pipeline leakage solutions.
Stephen installed the first AMEX-10 seal under water and is responsible for all AMEX-10 contracts, UK and worldwide, and utilities Framework contracts.
Stephen has taken PMP from a small family run business to a significant player in the water industry

Head of Marketing at 3M – Corrosion Protection Division, responsible for supply and manufacturing of high performance coatings for pipes, tanks, valves etc. 25 years with 3M and previous company prior to acquisition.
Previous roles at 3M (E Wood Ltd) included Technical Sales Manager, Project Manager and General Manager working in heavy industries such as water, power and manufacturing protecting assets such as pipes, tanks, valve, trains and buildings.

39 years mechanical engineering experience.
Responsible for managing site engineering teams, allocating labour, ensuring H&S requirements are followed on site, ordering relevant materials, commercial agreements, site briefings, dynamic risk assessments.
Client management on site with particular emphasis on larger longer duration contracts ensuring compliance to NEC3 contracts, where relevant.
Providing innovative engineering solutions to difficult client queries to ensure cost effective and successful results with the minimum of disruption to the client.
Liaising with design engineers to provide supporting data for engineering solutions
Previous Experience
Owner of Woodside Engineering, a Design M&E company with up to 45 site and shop engineers, fabrication and machine shops.
Role was responsibility for hands on mechanical and maintenance water engineering with responsibility for ensuring safety of teams on site, as well as the successful completion of all the contract. Worked on clean and dirty water sites as well as material and handling companies.

Scheduling and controlling critical maintenance, including management of the permit to work scheme and control of electrical isolations, as well as compliance management.
