Looking To The Future

PMP Utilities’ 35 year history of difficult access and confined space engineering has recently passed a milestone by being recognised as a leader in its specialist sector. M Group Services have seen how PMP have worked with Morrison Utility Services (part of the M Group Services) as well as the majority of the UK Utility Companies and have been so impressed that they have invested into acquiring the company to act as a highly specialised arm to their business. PMP Utilities will continue to grow, maintain and develop high standards of safety in this challenging environment to provide a quality service backed up by the highest safety standards.

PMP’s service offering will broaden the existing capabilities of M Group Services in the markets that it serves. In turn, PMP will benefit from new market opportunities in areas where M Group Services has strong presence today.

Under the continuing leadership of Managing Director, Stephen Taylor and his senior management team, PMP will continue to operate as a stand alone specialist business within M Group Services from their headquarters in Burnley and the specialist expertise of the existing workforce will be unaffected as they continue to service all their customers.

The acquisition by M Group Services signals the next exciting phase of PMP’s continuing growth. PMP are now ideally positioned to benefit from the diverse range of new opportunities that becoming part of a broader infrastructure service provider group will bring and are looking forward to working alongside the other M Group Services businesses.
